Weight Loss Maintenance

We'll all be hearing a lot more about maintaining weight loss with TAT soon in an early 2007  issue of the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.  In this journal, they describe a study comparing weight loss maintenance programs, which was funded by the National Institutes of Health, and conducted by the Kaiser Center for Health Research.

Can't wait to find out the results?  Here's a hint:  TAT proved far superior to other methods for weight-loss maintenance. This is exciting stuff!
